Travel Tainan without getting overcharged

Tainan is Taiwan's oldest historic city, having served as the island's capital for more than 300 years. Dutch- and Qing-era landmarks such as Anping Old Fort and Chihkan Tower remain scattered throughout the city, alongside a rich variety of local snacks considered the origin of Taiwanese street food. It's a wonderful city to explore by bicycle, weaving through old lanes steeped in history.
